# First Street Fire Factor

**Code: FS\_WF**

First Street's Fire Factor is a property-level wildfire risk score reflecting a property's cumulative 30-year risk of direct flame or ember exposure — derived from a physics-based national wildfire model built on USFS LANDFIRE fuels data, adjusted for future climate conditions.
